This recipe is a big batch, it makes 3 large loaf pans.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups Pumpkin Puree (about 1 lrg. can)
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 4 cups white sugar
- 6 eggs
- 4 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1-2 cups chocolate chips (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix: pumpkin, oil, sugar and eggs.
- Combine: the rest of the dry ingredients together in separate bowl.
- Blend the two mixtures together and stir in the chocolate chips.
- Bake @ 350 for 50-60 minutes.
