It didn't lack in flavor at all, in fact you will only need to use a tiny amount of sauce.
(I put on way too much)
DIRECTIONS:
Sauce:
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp Orange Juice
- 1/4 c. Lemon Juice
- 1/3 c. Rice Vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp grated Orange Zest
- 1 c. packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. chopped Green Onion
- 1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4. Heat oil in pan.
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
6. Brown both sides of chicken in oil.
7. Reheat the sauce. Mix 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch & 1 Tbsp. water and add to the sauce to thicken.
8. Serve Chicken over rice and spoon on sauce (lightly).
