Apple Cider Syrup

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Apple Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Mix everything in a sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil until the mixture becomes clear, stirring constantly.
* I didn't have plain apple juice, so I used my favorite juice (apple juice punch blend) http://torreyskitchen.blogspot.com/2008/10/apple-punch-blend-juice.html and it was so good! Tasted the same, but I could taste the little hint of fruitiness!
