INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 2-3 heads of Broccoli, chopped and steamed
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. Milk
- 1/2 c. Sour Cream
- 1 c. Cheddar Cheese
- 2 t. lemon juice
- 1/4-1/2 t. Curry Powder
- Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat the soup mixture in a pot. Add in the salt and pepper to taste. Add in some water for desired consistency. Stir the cheese in lastly to melt.
- Place the chicken and broccoli in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour the soup mixture over top and sprinkle on extra cheese.
- Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes OR just broil for 5 minutes or so until the cheese melts on top. It's already cooked and heated, so you just want to melt the cheese. Then serve it over rice.
