I got this tasty little treat from a church activity... over a year ago. I had never had one before, so I looked it up and found the recipe at

So many cute ideas on her site. I actually made these ice cream cake pops for my little girl's 1st birthday. Except I used an Oreo truffle recipe (my favorite... I mean seriously, who doesn't LOVE oreos?!!) and a flat bottom waffer cone, so they stood on their own. Way cute and everyone at the party loved them! I have a picture somewhere....
but just look at this cake pop. Oh yumminess.
