Sorry, not the greatest picture. I wanted to show how to seal the wontons.
This is another recipe from my MIL. My husband loves these little babies. He likes to dip them in green taco sauce. I like them because 1. it is something different and 2. they are just so good!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb beef
- 1 Green Pepper
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 small onion
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 t. Oregano
- S & P to taste
- Wonton Skins
DIRECTIONS:
- Brown meat in petite diced veggies until done.
- Add sauce and seasoning. Heat through.
- Fill the wontons and seal with water.
- Fry in oil until golden brown.
*These are great dipped in Salsa!
