Wonton Fill-ups


Sorry, not the greatest picture. I wanted to show how to seal the wontons.
This is another recipe from my MIL. My husband loves these little babies. He likes to dip them in green taco sauce. I like them because 1. it is something different and 2. they are just so good!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb beef
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 t. Oregano
  • S & P to taste
  • Wonton Skins

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Brown meat in petite diced veggies until done.
  2. Add sauce and seasoning. Heat through.
  3. Fill the wontons and seal with water.
  4. Fry in oil until golden brown.

*These are great dipped in Salsa!
