INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (16 ounce) package OREO Cookies
- 1 (8 ounce) package Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 (8 ounce) packages Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
DIRECTIONS:
- Crush 9 cookies and save for top of truffle.
- Crush remaining 36 cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix cookie crumbs into cream cheese.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and chill in the fridge to firm.
- Carefully roll into melted chocolate with 2 spoons.
- Place on wax paper and decorate with cookie crumbs, sprinkles or drizzle with melted white chocolate.
- Chill in fridge for 1 hour.
They do take a little time to make, but it is worth it. I'm telling you, they are so dang good!
