Chicken Fajitas

Dinner idea... super easy and tasty!


INGREDIENTS:
  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts (thawed)
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 pkt of Fajita Seasoning

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Slice all Vegetables. Saute in sauce pan with 2 Tbsp. of oil. Cook until a little tender. Remove from pan.
  2. Cook sliced Chicken in the same pan until done. Return vegetables to pan.
  3. Mix seasoning with 1/4 cup of water. Stir into the chicken and vegetables. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon onto tortilla and top with cheese and sour cream.
