Dinner idea... super easy and tasty!
INGREDIENTS:- 3-4 Chicken Breasts (thawed)
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1 pkt of Fajita Seasoning
- Slice all Vegetables. Saute in sauce pan with 2 Tbsp. of oil. Cook until a little tender. Remove from pan.
- Cook sliced Chicken in the same pan until done. Return vegetables to pan.
- Mix seasoning with 1/4 cup of water. Stir into the chicken and vegetables. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spoon onto tortilla and top with cheese and sour cream.
