Mini Caramel Apples

I have been looking for cute and tasty Halloween treats for an upcoming Family Halloween party. I tested out these mini caramel apples today. Make sure you dry the apples REALLY good before putting on the caramel. I didn't dry them good enough, so the caramel slide off the apples a bit. Also this site says to use Butterscotch or peanut butter chips which may hold onto the apples a little better. They tasted good and my boys loved them! Well Ethan just licked off the caramel and sprinkles, but Evan really enjoyed his. I think they are a fun size for the kids and they look cute!
