Spaghetti Squash


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut squash length wise and spoon out the seeds.
  2. Place in 9x13 dish with 1 inch of water in the bottom. Spread butter on the top of squash. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 min.
  3. Use fork to pull away the squash. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

*This was my first time cooking Spaghetti Squash. It was really yummy! Tyson loved it. It is a stringy noodle texture so it was fun for the kids to eat and they don't even know they are eating vegetable!!!

I baked it uncovered for 30 minutes, but it wasn't done. I covered it and baked it an additional 10 min and it was done. You could bake it COVERED and it would probably speed up the bake time.
