This is my Aunt Sandy's Recipe. I like it because it is so easy and very good!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 or 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- Potatoes (peeled & sliced)
- Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Set pork chops in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour soup over top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer the onion on top of that. Heat on high for 2 hours.
- Add the sliced potatoes to the pot and cook an additional 2 hours.
* Don't add water to the soup! I made the mistake of doing that today. It still tasted good, but it was runny. I normally add 2 cans of soup, but I thought I would try adding 1 can with water. 1 can of soup without water would probably work just fine.
