Easiest crock pot meal, ever and tastes great!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 4-5 chicken breasts
- 1 (10oz) can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 c. Milk
- 4 oz sliced ham
- 4 oz sliced swiss cheese
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. herbed DRY stuffing mix
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the soup & milk. Spread small amount in the bottom of crock pot.
- Place in the chicken. Cover chicken with slices of ham and then slices of cheese.
- Spoon over the remaining soup. Sprinkle the stuffing mix and drizzle melted butter over top of stuffing.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
*I cooked it on high for almost 3 hours and it was perfect. Tender and tasty! My pickier eater is not a fan of stuffing. We eat it a couple times a year, so he didn't like this dinner much. The rest of us really liked it and I will definitely be making it again soon!
