INGREDIENTS:
- Canned Albocore white Tuna
- Mayo
- Mustard, little bit
- Dill pickles, diced
- Cheddar cheese
- Provolone cheese
- Bread, *My easy & delicious wheat bread recipe HERE.
DIRECTIONS: Heat up the griddle or pan on medium heat. Mix the tuna, mayo, mustard and pickles to taste. Butter the bread. Place on a slice of provolone cheese, tuna mixture and a slice of cheddar cheese for each sandwich. I heat it low and slow, so the cheese gets gooey and for extra crispiness.
