Tuna Melt

Simple and delicious. :)

INGREDIENTS:
  • Canned Albocore white Tuna
  • Mayo
  • Mustard, little bit
  • Dill pickles, diced
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Provolone cheese
  • Bread, *My easy & delicious wheat bread recipe HERE.

DIRECTIONS: Heat up the griddle or pan on medium heat. Mix the tuna, mayo, mustard and pickles to taste. Butter the bread. Place on a slice of provolone cheese, tuna mixture and a slice of cheddar cheese for each sandwich. I heat it low and slow, so the cheese gets gooey and for extra crispiness.
